Terms & Conditions

1. Scope of Application

These Terms & Conditions apply to all contracts between HOF Automotive GmbH (“HOF”) and its customers concerning the sale of vehicles, HOF Special Parts, tuning services, workshop work and accessories.

2. Conclusion of Contract

Offers are non-binding. A contract is concluded only upon written confirmation. HOF may withdraw if the product is unavailable.

3. Subject of the Contract

Includes vehicles, conversions, custom parts, workshop services, and accessories. Technical updates may occur.

4. Workshop & Tuning Services

German contract law for work and services applies. Acceptance within 7 days. Changes after confirmation may incur extra costs.

5. Delivery & Collection

Collection at HOF premises. Shipment upon customer request and at customer’s risk.

6. Delivery Times

Binding only when confirmed in writing. Force majeure extends deadlines.

7. Prices & Payment

Prices in EUR plus VAT. Standard: 15% deposit, balance before delivery.

8. Retention of Title

Title remains with HOF until full payment. Extended and prolonged retention-of-title applies to business customers.

9. Warranty

24 months for consumers, 12 months for business customers. Reduced warranty for used goods. No warranty for improper use.

10. Warranty for HOF Special Parts

Custom-made items, no return. Registration obligations lie with the customer. Manufacturer warranties may be affected.

11. Liability

Full liability for intent & gross negligence. Limited liability for slight negligence.

12. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier) has taken possession of the goods.

Deadline Requirement

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

13. Dealer Regulations

Compliance with branding, resale guidelines, and separate warranty responsibilities.

14. Data Protection

Processing follows GDPR. Details available on the HOF website.

15. Final Provisions

German law applies. Place of jurisdiction is the seat of HOF Automotive GmbH.
